At Freeride & Course Skis, we want to ensure your gear is a perfect match for your performance needs. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused equipment in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused skis or accessories in their original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding and tags are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
